The Junior Scorpions on Friday engaged in another warm up match with a selection from Banjul, beating the City selection 3-0 courtesy of Bun Sanneh whose effort was after a beautiful run from Gibriel Sillah around the hour mark before Saikou Touray and Baboucarr Camara came off the bench to increase the scoring.

The Gambia’s Pa Omar Jobe was guilty of several missed chances that could have comfortably put the WAFU team ahead but the hard-working striker always find the post wayward.

Nonetheless, the WAFU team ended the warm-up match with a three goal cushion at their back and will now hope to defend the win to Brikama when they take on the Brikama selection on Monday afternoon for another warm-up match.
